How To Improve Ballet?

Unfortunately this is a question you hear more and more: "How To Improve Ballet?" Very often pre-primary and primary classes are very full and the teacher does not have the time to correct every individual mistake. Then you move on with these "practiced in" mistakes. Do not get me wrong, it is not the poor teacher's, trying her best, fault. A class has a set time and she has to get through the work.

So, what to do now? You cannot practice at home without any help as you may only make things worse and instead of answering your question "how to improve ballet" you make things worse! So you have to come up with a plan.

Well, I think the plan is the Ballet Bible. If you pay close attention to everything in the videos, photos and more that you get in this package, you will really improve your ballet. You will be able to practice at home without the fear of practicing in bad technique!

Keep in mind, to correct bad technique, you have to start at the very beginning and correct each exercise from the very beginning where it went wrong. Very often bad technique is the result of a few things that went wrong in the very beginning. Work on your posture and your turnout, work on your bar exercises to strengthen your muscles and you will improve your ballet.
