3 Stumbling Blocks On The Road To Weight Loss

With the summer on its way we are all thinking about summer vacation, sun sea and beach! Only problem, we need to lose a few pounds. So, what are the stumbling blocks on the road to weight loss that can prevent you from losing those few pounds before you have to appear on the beach with your swimsuit?

Well, there are many. I think though that one of the most important ones to mention first is unrealistic expectations. So if you are saying I cannot lose weight, it is possible that you are stumbling over this stumbling block of unrealistic expectations.

So, if you are saying I cannot lose weight - stumbling block #2 on the road to weight loss is skipping meals. Stumbling block #2 on the road to weight loss is skipping meals. It may sound strange, but in desperation you can start skipping meals and them you are definitely going to stumble over this stumbling block on the road to weight loss.

The 3rd stumbling block on the road to weight loss I want to look at is weekends. So for today, stumbling block on the road to weight loss #3 is weekends. It is so easy to throw all your good intentions overboard when the weekend comes. During the week you are busy at work and school, but weekend when you are socializing it becomes very difficult to stick to a diet.
