Tasty Coffee Cupcakes Recipe

If you have a coffeemaker such as the Cuisinart DCC 1200 12 Cup Brew Central Coffeemaker you will have no problem with this recipe. A machine such as the Kitchenaid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixers will make the mixing even easier!

Coffee Cupcakes Recipe

Ingredients:

1. 2 Cups of cake flour
2. 4 Teaspoons of baking powder
3. ½ Teaspoon salt
4. 2 Tablespoons of sugar
5. 1 Egg
6. 1 cup very strong coffee (made with your Cuisinart DCC 1200 12 Cup Brew Central Coffeemaker!)
7. 4 Tablespoons butter

Method:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit
2. Sift the flour with the salt and baking powder
3. Beat the butter and the sugar until well creamed (With one of the Kitchenaid Artisan 5-Quart Stand Mixers!)
4. Add the egg and beat again
5. Stir in the coffee
6. Add the flour mixture and stir lightly only until mixed, do not beat the mixture
7. Fill your cupcakes 2/3 full and bake for 20-25 minutes until done
8. Decorate as desired
