The point is though, is it a good idea to only eat one kind of food, as you will do if you want to loose weight with yoghurt and muesli. Here the answer is no, no, no!
Muesli is healthy and if you eat the right kind it can be part of a well balanced eating plan. At the same time plain, fat free, unflavored and unsweetened yogurt is also very healthy. It has also been proved that it may actually speed up the weight loss process. So, to loose weight with yoghurt and muesli as part of a healthy, balanced eating plan, is a good idea. To try and lose weight by eating only yogurt and muesli is a very bad idea.
Always keep in mind that Fad Diet Plans will make you gain even more weight in the long run. On top of that it is unhealthy as it is very unlikely to provide your body with all the nutrition it needs to stay healthy. Any diet where you eat mainly one kind of food all the time IS a fad diet and you should stay away from it. All these popular diets must be scrutinized to make sure they are not going to fall into the trap of a fad diet!
So, always make sure you are allowed to eat a variety of foods on your eating plan. You also have to make sure you do not eat too little, as that will keep you from exercising and exercise is an integral part of all healthy weight loss plans.
